Our Mission
West Virginia is in a state of crisis. The drug epidemic has reached epic proportions. Left in the great drug war’s wake, the most tragic of all of its victims, are the thousands of innocent children born drug exposed, neglected, and suffering.

We have watched as our government struggles to find adequate solutions for the socio-economic ramifications drug abuse has had on our state. Thousands of our children are left in a broken system, parentless and hurting. The cycle of drug addiction is now reaching even more of our sons and daughters, the problem is worsening and we, as a group of West Virginia women, have had enough.

“A voice is heard in Ramah, mourning and great weeping, Rachel weeping for her children and refusing to be comforted, because they are no more.”
Jeremiah 31:15

We refuse to be comforted until our children are no longer ravaged by drug addiction. We refuse to allow another generation to be lost in the cycle of abuse. It is time for the church, for God’s daughters, to RISE.

We have had enough. This is our community. These are our children. This is our responsibility. We are taking our community back.
